You may browse and use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it in any way that breaks the law or interferes with other visitors.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when we confirm it and send it out. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable, a price is wrong, or we suspect fraud.

Moxiopi releases are made in limited quantities. Items may sell out quickly, and stock shown on the site is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. If we can't fulfill something you paid for, we'll refund it.

We photograph our garments as accurately as we can. Colors, fabric texture, and print placement can still vary slightly between screens and between individual pieces, especially on washed or hand-finished items.

Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. Taxes and shipping, where they apply, are shown before you complete checkout. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you.

We start preparing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations can't be guaranteed. If you need to change something, email us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do what we can.

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is out of our control. Any duties or import fees on international orders are the customer's responsibility.

If something isn't right — wrong item, damaged item, or a sizing issue — contact us and we'll work it out. Items should be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached where applicable. Final store policies are confirmed in the reply to your request.

Everything on this site — text, layout, graphics, and code — belongs to Moxiopi or is used with permission. You may not copy or republish it for commercial use without written approval.

The Moxiopi name, logo, artwork, garment designs, and campaign photography are our property. Reselling counterfeits, reproducing our designs, or using our imagery to promote another brand is not permitted.

The site and products are provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, Moxiopi isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms as the store grows. The version published on this page is the one that applies to your order at the time you place it.
